Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 2 eggs or flax eggs for vegan option
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 –3 tablespoons almond milk as needed
  • Coconut oil or avocado oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  • Add eggs, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Mix well.
  • Stir in almond flour, chia seeds, hemp hearts, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Let the batter rest for 5 minutes so the chia seeds can absorb moisture.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  • Pour small portions of batter onto the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  • Flip carefully and cook until fully set.
  • Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
