Cauliflower Hummus Recipe

- 1 medium head of cauliflower, chopped and steamed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp tbsp olive oil
- Salt and cumin to taste
Steam the cauliflower until soft, then let it cool slightly.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Adjust seasoning and serve with sliced veggies or paleo crackers.
