Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, chopped and steamed
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and cumin to taste

Instructions
 

  • Steam the cauliflower until soft, then let it cool slightly.
  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Adjust seasoning and serve with sliced veggies or paleo crackers.
