Sugar-Free Stir-Fry Sauce

Stir-Fry Sauce


1/4 tsp pure stevia powder extract
3 Tbsp gluten-free tamari
1/2 tsp distilled white vinegar
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
3 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp crushed red pepper


Use a whisk or a fork to combine the ingredients. Alternatively, put ingredients into a small mason jar with lid and shake to combine. Give your go-to stir fry a makeover with this healthier rendition of stir-fry sauce. I guarantee you won’t miss the sugar or oil. *This recipe utilizes 1 tsp toasted sesame oil for flavor, but omits the canola or olive oil typically present in stir fry recipes and other Asian-inspired dishes. It also works well as a marinade for grilled vegetables, or dipping sauce for raw vegetables.
